What is the date and location of the conference?

AeraHUB 2025 will take place on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET at The Times Center(242 West 41st Street) in New York City. A virtual option will also be available worldwide through Zoom Events.

How many in-person tickets are available?

In-person attendance is limited to approximately 300 participants and is expected to sell out quickly. We recommend registering early to secure your spot. If capacity is reached, a waitlist will be available, and we’ll notify you if space opens.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes. All keynote sessions will be recorded and available on-demand for all attendees after the event. Please note: select breakout sessions are exclusive to in-person participants and will not be recorded.

Are there networking opportunities?

Yes, our in-person attendees will have access to various networking opportunities during breakfast, lunch and a closing networking reception.

How does the virtual event work?

Virtual attendees will receive access to the Zoom Events platform, where they can watch sessions live, participate in Q&A, and network with other participants.

What is the dress code for the in-person event?

Business casual. In early November, New York typically has cool autumn weather, with daytime highs around 50°F–59°F (10°C–15°C) and evening lows around 39°F–46°F (4°C–8°C).

Will meals be provided during the in-person event?

Yes. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and refreshments are included, along with a hosted evening cocktail reception. Coffee and tea will also be available throughout the day.
